About Us
Magical Beginnings
We weren’t born in a boardroom, or a bored room, but on the salty decks of a Disney cruise! Our story begins with a chance encounter aboard the Disney Magic. Christina, a seasoned traveler with a knack for planning unforgettable adventures, along with her husband Jay, who naturally has a gift for advertising, had a chance encounter with a owner of a travel agency based in Florida.
Realizing a shared dream of helping others craft their perfect getaways, they decided to take a leap of faith join forces with the Florida based agency, inspired by the boundless possibilities of the ocean voyage. And so, from a deck chair conversation, Point Me to Paradise was eventually born out of this venture. Ironically a few years later it was discovered that Christina was a distant cousin to none other than Walt Disney himself!
Christina and Jay raised 4 kids, all who had the opportunity to travel their entire childhoods. Each of their 4 children were bit by the travel bug and have realized their passion for travel and travel planning. Two daughters and a daughter-in-law have decided to make travel advising a career and have now joined forces with Point Me To Paradise Travel, making this a family affair! It is our dream to add additional travel loving friends and family to our travel O’hana here at Point Me to Paradise!
We brought the magic back from our Disney roots, offering personalized itineraries that cater to every wish. Our trip was absolutely amazing. Aside from some unpredictable weather leaving the Houston airport (tornadoes shut everything down), the trip was pretty much perfect. During the headache caused by the weather, Christina went above and beyond to make sure we got to our destination and back on schedule as soon as possible. The hotels and accomodations made this the best trip my wife and I have been on. There was no better way, and nothing I would change to celebrate my wife's birthday!

Christina did a marvelous job helping us plan our trip to Alaska and Panama. She was very detailed and answered every question I had and gave me vital information on things I would not have thought of —all while making it fun. She was also able to get us a free excursion and other little amenities. Her love for travel is contagious!!

I simply cannot say enough about Christina!! I shared with her that my husband and I wanted to spend our honeymoon in Hawaii. We were both previous airline employees for many years but never seemed to make it there. I told her that we had chosen to go to Oahu but had no clue of where we should stay. All I had to say was the North Shore and Christina took over. She made us reservations at the absolutely GORGEOUS Turtle Bay Resort. She booked us on the top floor and the view was spectacular!! She handled every little detail and then some! ….From what night Luau night was , who had the best local Food Trucks , where we could go horseback riding on the beach and even who to take surfing lessons from. Christina knew most of these people by name. Our entire experience in Hawaii was a dream come true. All we had to do was show up and follow her lead & suggestions

Paradise Travel is the best travel agency I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing, and I have been around a while. They were excellent throughout our vacation to Hawaii. Christina was absolutely amazing! She helped us plan around the type of activities, we enjoyed . She anticipated everything and prepared us in advance, creating a flawless vacation experience.
