OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

1. ELIGIBILITY
  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Point Me to Paradise (PMTP) are not eligible to participate.
2. HOW TO ENTER
  • Participants must register through the official entry form and agree to the terms of the giveaway.
  • Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  • The contest runs from January 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM CST on the closing date.
3. PRIZES (Winner will select one of the following)
  • 2-night All-Inclusive Getaway for Two to Mexico or the Dominican Republic (Resort fees, taxes & flights not included)
  • 4-night Resort Stay in Mazatlán, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, or Cancun (Resort fees, taxes & flights not included)
  • 4-night Cruise out of Florida on Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian, or Princess (Port fees, taxes & flights not included)
  • $500 PMTP Gift Certificate towards a vacation of your choice
4. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
  • The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on July 1, 2025.
  • The winner will be notified via email and/or phone within 5 business days of selection. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be chosen.
  • The winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release within 7 days of notification or risk forfeiting the prize.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
  • The winner is responsible for all travel-related expenses, including but not limited to flights, resort/cruise fees, taxes, gratuities, and any additional personal expenses.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value. No substitutions allowed except at the discretion of PMTP.
  • PMTP reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules or appears fraudulent.
  • By entering, participants agree to allow PMTP to send promotional emails and that their information will not be shared or sold to any third parties.
6. RELEASE & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Point Me to Paradise, its owners, affiliates, and partners from any liability, injury, or damages arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.
  • PMTP is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, or errors in the administration of the giveaway.
